Ten - is the character Meenia Shen - nicknamed Ten. She's thirteen and lives in an alternative New York in a future not so far away. The world is in turmoil and divided - due to heavy global unrest and domestic conflict a strict curfew has been implemented where it's citizen are kept indoors from 8pm-6am. The curfew was meant to be temporary but has been upheld for the last 8 years - or as long as Ten can really remember . The first few years of being locked inside was a burden / especially in the winter months . Each household is restricted by an energy ration - so most electrical appliances and lights are kept low during the evenings.
School is kept in the housing complex community center but classes are taught virtually and personal communication with the teacher are kept to a minimum. Most of the stored energy for each housing complex are used for educational purposes (unless you are one of the lucky households with solar panels and windows). Ten goes to school from 8:30am-2:30pm and when she’s finished she does mandatory community work from 3pm-6pm. This work is required for all school children from ages 8-18 to pay back to society for the additional costs involved with the school and school material. Her shores include food preparation and ration management. After she's done she comes straight home to finish homework and help with house duties ...
The one thing in abundance in this restricted living environment is collected films and media from the previous century . Each housing complex is equipped with a signal for wireless broadcast - and it is through this that Ten’s imagination has began to flourish, by viewing films. In the moments where power was restricted or the wireless broadcast ran out for that unit - she would write . When Meenia turned 10 she started to write stories to make time pass and to help her escape- dream away - and gain strength. This is the beginning of her story book.

A hell of a way to make an entrance. Owane came out swinging straight out of the gate and showed us all he was worth our attention. Well, he's certainly got mine! ChaddyBones
I've been listening since this came out and I finally decided to change my favorite song to ascension (sorry schizophrenzy)
I want more! Or at least to know what the members went on to do afterwards.
excellent fusion album Cody Cox
Hashshashin's music is a bold fusion of sound and style, excitingly blending power with finesse to create sounds from another world. Urgent compositions possessing thunderous speed are swiftly countered by moody passages where darkness lies – each track attracts with unique attributes. Michael Reilly
